Lexus GS 300 Wheel Problem
Brakes problem
2004 Lexus GS 300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 85000 miles
Changed my front rotors and pads, now there is a thumping sound and feel coming from the front. The rotors had been turned before I put them on. The steering wheel does not shake and the car stops fine, I cannot figure out what the problem is. Can you help me?

I did a brake job myself and had this problem. I took everything back off and did the job once again to make sure I had put everything back on correctly. This fixed the sound. You might want to give this a try.

re check i be sure all bolts and whells are propertly tight and all shims are in place .
some minor play betwen components may create noise but make sure you ck all. this is a safety item
