Battery not keeping charge

2008 Lexus ES 350 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 4,300 miles
After car sits for more than 4-5 days, car will not start. Have had battery replaced and lexus dealer has done troubleshooting 2 times. Says they cannot find problem. Some lexus certified mechanics says this is a common problem and suggest battery tender. Is this a common problem? Do I have a lemon? Very frustrated! Any suggestions appreciated.
