Mysterious sunruff and windows opening

2007 Lexus ES 350 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 23000 miles
I left my car in my driveway with the keyless entry system control in the cupholder during a severe thunder storm. After the storm I observed that the sunruff and all four windows were wide open.
There is a way to trigger this action by holding down the open command on the keyless for six seconds, in order to let hot air vent from the car, but this was definitely not the case this time.
The interior of the car was sopping wet.
