2000 Lexus ES 300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 105000 miles
What is a fair labor cost of rebuilding/or replacing the transmission with tag #U140E? How common does this transmission have to be replaced with this mileage? I took it several repair shops over 6 months with the RPM jerking high upon acceleration? Nobody could find the problem until the transmission burned out? The fluid was flushed and replaced one year ago.
