No reverse, moves foward in neutral?

1994 Lexus ES 300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 147000 miles
One day I kinda lost reverse, by the end of the week I totally lost it.
A couple weeks later after driving 7 hours on the freeway. About a mile from my house it started loosing power or "missing."
Now in Park in feels like it is trying to move when I press the gas. In neutral when off it wont move at all, when the car is on it goes forward. In reverse, still notihng.
