Range 3 gear hard shift

2002 Range Rover V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 130xxx miles
how are you i got a 5hp24 recently
overhaul i got a hard shift on 3 gear bump when shift to 3 if i realease the acelerator shift ok manually
i wonder if some body emailme a valve body troubleshooter i got the repair manual but no show valve body information tanks for you help mike
