Range front door locks
Electrical problem
1999 Range Rover V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 72197 miles
we have a 99 range rover that came in with front power door locks inop. rears work fine. sill locking results in rears locking and only the front door used locking. tested wires from lock actuators to its door "out station", and from the out station to the BECM, all wiring is good.
this truck was towed in a couple of months ago with a no start condition. found that the BECM had changed its own coding and wasnt aligned with ECM. edited to the proper code and all was well. heater core is currently leaking and the lower wiring is wet. none of the plug connections at the BECM look wet. do you think it would be correct in condening the BECM - with the previous coding problem and now this - more so with the heater core leaking?
