1998 Range Rover

I am buying a 1998 range rover, the car has an extra front bumper added onto the front, I believe these bumpers are front the same company but can be added on after purchase. Some are just a bumper and some are bumpers with grids over the two headlights. I heard that the ones with the grids are drilled on and cannot be removed and the ones without the grids can be removed but it is hard. I was wondering if anyone knew more about this subject, thanks!
