Landrover Discovery

I have a 1998 landrover discovery LS model (V8 petrol) which has done approx 162,000 kilometres. 6 months ago i had the power steering checked out because of the noise it makes when i turn (left or right) and the fluid coming out from either the breather hole on the reservoir cap or one of the hoses. They replaced the hoses and did a bench test on the power steering pump and told me the pump was ok. Just recently i went on a long trip and now the same problem is occuring. I am having to fill up the reservoir nearly every day. At a glance it appears the fluid is coming out of the breather hole. Any thoughts please.
