Engine Cooling problem
2001 Land Rover V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 75,000 miles

After a few miles of driving, my car overheats, then after cools itself after another mile or so. This usually only happens once, but it now happens every time I use my car. What are things that I can do myself to fix this problem?
