Rear driveshaft rotate but differential don't turn wheels. When it do it jerk hard like the emergency is being applied and driveshaft jump around like it's coming apart.

If the driveline is turning, the ringgear should be turning and transferring power to the side gears that turn the axle shafts/wheels. It sounds like the side gears have broken teeth or the pinion has stripped and is not engageing the ring gear. Teardown of the diff is required to properly diagnose and repair.
