Engine Mechanical problem
2002 Kia Spectra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
After starting my car.It was normal but as soon as i put car in reverse and pressed on gas the gas pedal went straight to the floor and stuck there.At the same time the Brakes wear stiffer than normal.The engine reved to max and i turned ignition off.A few hours before i went through a deep puddle of water.Later when i was starting the car the temperature outside dropped to below 0.My question is this is my linckage frozen?

check the throttle cable .. it must be jammed up somewhere ?
