Engine Mechanical problem
2000 Kia Sephia 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
When engaging the starter it sounds like it normally does but the engine does not start.
I looked at the timing belt when cranking the starter and it does not move. The belt is still attached. it the timing was out how cound the starter still crank the enngine over? What else can it be?
