1998 Kia Sephia No sound when I turn key
Electrical problem
1998 Kia Sephia 4 cyl Automatic
Turn the key and nothing happens. Starter is good. New battery. Replaced coils. Saw a wire melted to the frame. Someone suggested the computer? Ignition? I bought it this way

Check the starting system circuit below this will lead you to your problem assuming the battery and connections is good:

Thanks for the reply. It looks like rain any minute so Eugene will check the rest of the wiring another day. He does want me to ask if it matters which way the relays are positioned in the fuse relay box.

It can only be fiitted one way if not its not gonna go in
