HI I HAVE A 2003 KIA RIO SEDAN 5 SPEED.I REPLACED THE PLUGS AND WIRES. IT SEEMS WHEN IT IS WET OUT I LOSE POWER. THE MORE I PUSH ON THE GAS THE MORE POWER I LOSE. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

Try this. It sounds like something is getting wet and causing the problem. At night, in the dark, start the engine and open the hood. Mist water on all the ignition components. See if you can locate anything that is arcing.
