I have a 1999 Kia Sephia. It has about 120,000 miles on it. I'm not sure of the engine size, but it is a pretty low end model. It is standard transmission, no power steering, locks, windows, etc. I have been unable to unlock my driver door. The key will not work outside, and I cannot move the indoor knob. How do I fix it?
