WILL NOT START

2004 Kia Optima

Engine Mechanical problem
2004 Kia Optima 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 90,000 miles

I HAVE A 2004 KIA OPTIMA, REPLACED TIMING BELT AND TWO SENSORS IN THE FRONT OF THE ENGINE MECHANIC SAID THAT CAR WOULD NOT START, UNLESS HE FED THE FUEL TO IT. I REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP BECAUSE IT DID NOT SEEM TO BE PUTTING OUT MUCH PRESSURE, NEW FUEL PUMP IS DOING THE SAME THING, AND CAR WILL NOT START. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE CAR IS NOT GETTING THE FUEL DELIVERY PLEASE HELP NO ONE CAN SEEM TO FIGURE IT OUT

Recheck the fuel pressure, also check for injection pulses-could be the computer is not recieving an ignition reference signal-
