2004 Kia Optima 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
I had intermittant engine shut down while driving and I was always able to restart. NOw I was driving and engine just turned off. Lighting is still on and engine cranks but doesn't seem to be firing and doesn't turn over. Like I said it was just a short shut down of engine while driving previous to this time but now no starting possible. Please help.

clarify this:engine cranks but doesn't seem to be firing and doesn't turn over
Cranking and turning over are the same.
What happens when you turn the key?
If nothing check the alternator output.
