2004 Kia Carnival

My Kia had to go to the garage last week for a clutch replacement. I picked it up on Friday and the electric windows wouldn't close up. Obviously they were working when the car went into the garage. 3 mechanics and a call to Kia later and no-one seems to know what's wrong. The battery was disconnected while the work was being done on the car but all the fuses were checked and power is going through. Any idea what's happened?
