1989 Jeep YJ 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 134000 miles
I have a leak at the selector shaft seal. First, does this require both a seal and an O-ring to repair? Second, how is the linkage removed to access the seal, and is this something I should be attempting? I have the top of the transmission exposed via the interior of the Jeep and it is definitely the selector shaft seal that is leaking.
