1995 Jeep Wrangler Help

1995 JEEP WRANGLER

I just installed a new cylinder head,springs,rocker arms,push rods,lifters an it turns over but won't start. And it's fuel injected (mpi) also. So could it be my timings off? Should I check it? Please help
