My emmisions test failed, OBD1 test showed 33, Fault in A/C? My Jeep doesn"t have A/C, Plus now I have To PUMP the Excelerator for it to start. Do You Have any sugjestions?

You flunk the test bcuz the CEL came On

now I have To PUMP the Excelerator for it to start.

Check and test the coolant temperature sensor
