Bleeding Brake Fluid

I was changing the rotors and brake pads on my Jeep Wrangular and I made the mistake of taking the brake fluid line off the, calibur, I believe it is. I tried the process of bleeding it but there is still air coming from the nut where the brake fluid line attaches to the calibur. I tried to make it tighter but still no good. What am I doing wrong?

My friend you're doing it wrong.-There's a nipple looking like a grease fitting with a rubber dust cover that's where you bleed from.

You probably crossthread it-now you need a new brake line to the caliper. Did you find the grease fitting looking thingy.
