Noises problem
2008 Other Jeep Models 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 53000 miles

i have the jeep patriot front wheel drive 2.4l, 4cyl automatic trans. when i turn and hit a bump i makes a loud popping noise or just when i hit a bump when it rains every little bump makes it happen i would like to know what it is so i can get it fixed the jeep dealer i went to said he wouldnt know until it breaks i dont want that because im out of warranty please help me
