is it possible to upgrade standard power mirrors to one with heat or auto dim? i mean its possible to do it of course but to be more specific will any of the features work?

It is possible to do, but it will prove to be very expensive. You will have to purchase new mirrors, switches, and wiring, either from a dealer or an aftermarket company. Good luck on your project.
