Jeep GC Laredo fluid leak

I have 2004 GC Laredo 2WD 6 cyl, 50,000 miles. Recently, a dark red fluid leak is accumulating at approximately mid-vehicle driver side. Is it power steering fluid? Transmission fluid? Is it a power train componet still covered under warranty? Any help is humbly appreciated.
