Are your fuses shorting out at all? Sometimes there can be a short in the system even if the fuses do not blow. Whatever you do, do NOT put a higher rated fuse in place of the original one as this may cause a vehicle fire. IF your vehicle is equipped with a towing package and has a pigtail for a trailer plug in, this could be your cause as they do short out often on Jeeps. I would suggest buying a Chilton's book for your vehicle at an auto parts store, they run about $15 and look at the wiring diagrams and follow the suggestions in the book to locate your issue. You have to trace where the problem is and the book will explain in further detail on how to do this.
