1999 Jeep Laredo Drivers power seat track BROKE!

1999 Jeep Laredo V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 96000 miles
i got a 1999 jeep grand cherokee limited with a power seat track that has heat and memory. its completely broken if you hit the gas hard enough u will be in the back seat. but i was looking on ebay today and i saw a power seat track but it does not have heat or memory. should i buy it or do i need to find one with heat and memory? and can i just change the power seat track? or do i have to change the whole seat? because my seat is in mint condition
