I keep hearng a whining, popping, and clicking sound when im turning and the truck loses speed as it does this. Could it be my cv joints or maybe the awd going bad. Someone once told me that the tires must be equal pressure and size at all times this does help sometimes but keeps coming back, any ideas thanks

Sounds like you have two possible problems and they are the transfer case or your transmission. If you have an AWD vehicle, you must run the same size tires or you will ruin your 4WD even though I tmay take a while sometimes, the transfercase coul be destroyed because two different tire sizes means that you have different wheels on your vehicle fighting to go different speeds. A little bit of air pressure difference should not cause these isssues. Best thing for you to do is take your vehicle to a good transmission shop to make sure that is what the problem is so you are not spending money fruitlessly
