Hi I have a 1982 grandwagoneer with a 4.2l inline 6 and a automatic transmision. My goal is to swap the transmission with a standard one. I want to know if i can swap the standard transmission from a 1981 jeep j10. Will a standard transmission from a 360ci fit on to a 258ci? Any information would be greatly appriciated for this woody has been a ongoing project for me.
