2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Electronic Throttle control

My Jeep Grand Cherokee stalls. It will flash the ETC light. It doesn't quit running but it slows to about 15 MPH and you have no control on the accelarator.
We replaced the throttle body but it's still doing pretty much the same thing. What is your sugestion?

Best thing to do at this point is have it scanned for the trouble codes, autozone will do this for free, jot down the codes and bring them to me for the descriptions, and we can diagnose.
