Engine temperature

Engine Cooling problem
2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 77645 miles

when i drove, my car more than one hour, the engine temperature stay normal (210 F) and comes down, after that when i stopped it and leave the car turned on about 15 minutes, the temperature become more high than the normal ( + 210 F and up).

i checked the radiator fan it turn slowly than usual , i touch the high and low bobines istalled in the fuses boxe i found tooooo hot!!!!!

please sir, advise what the problem come from in order to fix it.
