2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Engine shut off during idling

2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 137,00 miles
I recently out in E3 spark plugs and soon after when the carf idles under 1000 rmms it stalls out. I had the battery , starter an alternator tested and all were good!
