1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Front Wipers

1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic
I have a 94 Jeep grand cherokee. The front wipers work, but only work for 1/10th of a second on delay (they work fine on "normal") and they won't return "home" I've replaced the wiper motor and the switch on the steering wheel, I have checked the fuse and replaced the module. The module keeps burning out, after doing some searching I've found that the modules have a habit of doing that so as they all suggested I put some solder in the right spot on the circuit board... It blew out again. I've followed the wiring the best I can and can't seem to find any issues, I'm just about at my wits end... any suggestions on the next step?
