I was just wondering roughly how much it would cost to change both left blinker cause the front on is out the back is blinking rapidly. So how much

That back one is only blinking fast to let you know the front one is out, just front needs replaced. Will only take about 30 minutes to replace which will average around $40 at most local shops.
