P0118 is coolant temperature circuit high input, to fix this check the wires going to the coolant sensor and to the wiring harness.

P0138 - Left Bank Downstream or Downstream and Pre-Catalyst o2 Shorted to Voltage low. that is caused bye a bad catalytic converter or a bad pre and after o2 sensor may also be caused due to the P0118 code.
