I just got my jeep out of storage. It sat up for a year. It feels like it is either choking out or bogging down when I drive it and I am noticing a lot of black smoke coming out of the exhaust. Could this be a combination of build-up and bad fuel? If so, how do I fix the problem or what else could it be?
