1981 Jeep CJ5 MY Jeep won't turn over

My jeep has no lights and it does not do nothing at all when you turn it over have replaced the ignition swicth and that was not the prblem have took the starter took get tested that is not it, have checked the bater that is not it have checked all the fuses in it and have checked all the wires none of them are lose or not pluged in ether so do you think you know what it might be.

Power has to come from the fusible links before it gets into the vehicle if blown nothing is gonna happen

Can you tell me where this fuse thing is located on the jeep so thst I can look for it to see if that is the problem
