Steering problem

Ok. What BAD things have you heard about reverse shackle set ups during high speeds and I am still wondering if a standard remaned steering box will be enough to provide good sterring on a CJ5 lifted 4" and running 33" tires or is one of the AGR boxes worth the investment. I hate having steering wander.

OK Badger Girl, See my new profile (click on my Username)---

a lot been going on here, long time ago, Army Days, I would sorta keep up with some of the Jeep Stuff. Then it was sorta a new thing, and there were the pros and cons, mainly about the Process changing the CASTOR (Thats the part that keeps "Wandering" to a minimum. I myself would not take the risk of "Changing My Engineered-In Steering"I have since been waiting on your reply (I figured out that you resubmitted your question, in the Old Forum, instead of replying to the answer I gave).

Regardless, I did search around (reverse shackle, many hits), looks like NOW, most people are for it--not against

Whatever you decide, investigate it more (as you have done here) I reckon its just a opinion, till you find some "LEGITIMATE" unbiased testing.

Is there any other CJ issue, I can assist you with.I'm not against modifying stuff (seen in my albums) Just in SAFETY ISSUES!

You are my 3rd answer at this new site--I guess you reply below as I did. Not submit a new one!
