My Jeep was running fine untill i went and got new spark plugs put in two days ago. As soon as i pulled out of the shop, my truck started shifting very hard. Every time it goes into 1st and 2nd gears it shift really hard. But it is worse when i put it in reverse. Is it a spark plug problem? Do i have bad plugs?

A bad plug will cause a miss, but not the shifting problem. Did you tell the shop? Chances are they bumped something that is causing the problem. Has the check engine light come on? Does the engine seem to run smooth other than the hard shifting?
