1999 Jeep Cherokee restarting after storage

1999 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 245000 miles
I have not started or turned over my 99 cherokee sport for three months due to absence. It has been outside in winter during this time. What steps do i take to get it going again also how do i manually crank it? Can it be saved?
