I bought a 1994 Jeep Cherokee from auto auction; previous owner & vehicle history unknown. Put new top of line Car Battery in; New/Remanufactured Starter; Checked all fuse & fusible links. Nonetheless, when I turn key in ignition to start car, nothing happens at all. Jeep wont start; engine wont turn over; starter doesn't engage. I turn key in ignition, car nor starter doesn't crank; doesn't even make any noise. However, all electrical systems appear to be working, Lights turn on; Horn blows, interior lights work. Why when I turn key in ignition, jeep does't crank or do anything.

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
