Safely jack up your vehicle so one rear wheel comes off the ground, you should hear a click sound the gear shift selector should now move out of park.

Here is a link to a great article with pictures on how to safely jack up a vehicle:

Hi, your car has a gear shift interlock. Only when you press down on brake peddle will the car come out of gear. If that fails, it will not come out of gear. There is a way you can get your car out of gear. If you look at your gearshift console, at the top left corner of your gearshift, above the number two you will see a plug. It may look like a screw. Big enough that you can use a coin if you want to to unscrew it. (Remove it). Sometimes the plug is missing, so you may just see a small hole. Big enough to fit your key into. Do not use your key! Now with key in ignition, start your car. Using something round, like your key. (A stick or something is fine). Push it into the hole, not too hard. It should only go into the hole couple of inches. You should now be able to pull your car out of gear. Remember the three steps. Start your car. Place something in the hole. Take car out of gear. Good Luck.
