i have this jaguar and this is the problem it does not star and there is to much fuel in the injectors we changed the spark plugs but still the same problem

What you have described doesn't make sense but I think I know what you meant. Your engine is flooded. You need to remove the plugs, crank the engine over with the throttle depressed to the floor several times, apply a few drops of engine oil to each cylinder, crank again (always with throttle to floor or injectors disabled), install new plugs and retry starting. DO NOT CRANK FOR TOO LONG IF IT'S ATTEMPTING TO FIRE WITHOUT PUTTING PEDAL TO FLOOR. Putting throttle pedal to floor disables the injector (clear flood mode).
