1997 Jaguar XJ6 Repair Question

Will not turn over
1997 Jaguar XJ6 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 70,000 miles
I changed the fuel pump in my 97 xj6, and now it will not turn over when i turn the ignition. All of the dash lights come on, but the motor will not turn. I've changed the starter, the battery, the ignition swith, and have made sure that all of the fuses are good trying to locate the problem. I have no idea what to do next. Does anyone have any sugestions?
