1997 Jaguar XJ6 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive

I'm trying to replace my 02 sensor with a generic 02 sensor. The sensor has a red, black, yellow, and white wires. I do not know which wire goes to the new sensor. Also which 02 sensor is the bank 2 sensor. The new sensor is black, gray, and two white wires.
