When the car is idleing it vibrates very rough along with a knocking sound coming from the engine, but
when you rev the engine the vibration and the
knocking goes away. PLEASE let me know what you
think.

Without actually hearing the noise, I can only guess.
It could be a "slapping timing chain" or rod bearings. Either would be serious and would have someone knowlegable check it out.
