how do i release pressure on the calipers so that i can remove them from the roter rear brakes

Works best if you crack the bleeder open. RH side piston turn in clockwise and the LH side turns in counter clockwise. Apply inward pressure as you turn them slowly. Close bleeder once you get them in.
