Engine Mechanical problem
2003 Jaguar X-Type 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

My cars key hasnt opened the doors by the clicker for a while and I have had to open with the key and start within 15 seconds. This morning i opened with the key and it didnt make the usual clicking noise before i put the key in. Now it wont even start but will turn over!
I have a new battery on it and please excuse my being a woman!!!
