2002 Jaguar X-Type 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

hi I would like to change my spark plugs my self how do I do this or is it sraight forward?

Ignition Coil-On-Plug LH
Removal
Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT.
Remove the air cleaner. For additional information, refer to AIR CLEANER.
Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Remove the ignition coils.

Installation
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Tighten to 6 Nm.

Ignition Coil-On-Plug RH
Removal
Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT.
Remove the intake manifold. For additional information, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD.
Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Remove the ignition coils.

Installation
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Tighten to 6 Nm.
